DHL services and checkout online rates disclaimer
- DHL’s Shipment charges are calculated according to the higher of actual or volumetric weight per piece and any piece may be re-weighed and re-measured by DHL to confirm this calculation. This may result in a higher price than displayed at the time of checkout.
- Prices quoted are estimates based on the information you have supplied.
- Prices quoted not include duties, taxes, customs charges or all surcharges and fees. Payment of these amounts will be made by you to DHL upon receipt of your product delivery service and in accordance with the rules and procedures established by DHL.
- Transit time and price quotes are indicative and Brags & Hayes has no liability or responsibility for differences between this indicative quote at checkout and the actual price or transit time.
- Your final transit time and price may differ based on the characteristics of the shipment, services requested and the packages actually tendered to DHL.
International shipping forwarders
In addition to DHL’s international shipping services, we inform you that there is a list of of international shipping forwarders that you can hire and that have operations in the seaport of the city of Miami and in the international airport of the city of Miami. This list is issued by the Florida state tax authorities, and its hiring is in no way a recommendation by Brags & Hayes Inc. You assume responsibility for the selection and hiring of shipping forwarders.
By entering your preferred US shipping forwarder address in the shipping address fields of your order, your order will be treated as a domestic order.
Tax exemption of the state of Florida for export
In relation to the tax exemption of the state of Florida for export products for use outside the United States, you can send us the supports to process the exemption. Identification may be required after placing an international order(a) passport, license and additional documents. To send us the documents safely that allow us to enable it for the tax excence can use the Tax exemption tab in “my account”.
Warranty for products used outside the United States
Products used outside the United States may have a different warranty or no warranty and the manufacturer may not be able to supply service under warranty or out of warranty. Manufacturer warranties may be voided when product(s) are shipped outside of the United States. Customers assume all risk of shipping and/or the use of products outside the United States. Brags & Hayes Inc. EXPRESSLY DOES NOT ASSUME ANY LIABILITY nor IS IT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY WARRANTY CLAIMS FOR PRODUCTS SHIPPED OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES. Determine applicable warranties and servicing before making your purchase.
Hazardous materials
Hazardous materials (example: batteries) shipped from Brags & Hayes Inc. are packaged to meet regulations for US transport. The customer and exporter shall assume all responsibility and liability for shipping of any hazardous materials outside of the United States regardless of the method of transport (ship, plane or other). The use of any of Brags & Hayes Inc’s information for any means (including transportation outside of the United States) is STRICTLY PROHIBITED AND ILLEGAL.
At the time of the delivery of the customer’s order to any freight forwarder or customer provided shipping address the shipment must be inspected for damage and item count. It is the customers responsibility to inspect the product(s) including removing packaging to identify and potential damage. Shipping packaging must be removed/opened for thorough inspection. Damaged shipments SHOULD NOT be accepted. IN THE EVENT DAMAGED IS ACCEPTED the CUSTOMER ASSUMES SOLE RESPONSIBITY to both make and manage the damage claim with the carrier. Make sure all items are present and accounted for. Missing items should be noted on the delivery receipt. Contact us immediately to report any damaged or missing items and we will promptly ship the necessary replacement items. DO NOT ACCEPT DAMAGED MERCHANDISE. Brags & Hayes Inc. IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE for any damaged or missing items once the delivery receipt is signed without designation. In the event the customer accepts damaged or missing merchandise, the customer assumes ALL RESPONSIBILITY associated with the repair and replacement of damaged or missing merchandise. Occasionally several items will ship shrink wrapped together on one pallet and each will be itemized on the delivery receipt.
